    wells:I added the bullet on leadership and change since leaders have to bring about successful change using a wide variety of techniques rooted in vision. Most managers and administrators are poor leaders because they do not understand the importance of vision in bringing about change.
    wells:I added bullet on leadership an value systems. I understand that other objectives talk about ethical behavior, but there is a paucity of discussion in society about the value systems relating directly to leadership, thus we have so many bad examples in our world.
